Numadic is hiring a Visual Designer
We are hiring a Visual Designer to join our team in undisrupting movement. Your role will include analysing opportunities, testing market demand, evaluating user intent and behaviour, supporting the development of go to market strategies. To succeed in this role you must have an analytical mind with a keen interest in problem solving and communication.

About the role:
  1. Incorporate a brand's visual identity into all elements of the business and simplify complex ideas
  2. Create concepts, artwork and layouts for digital projects based on creative briefs.
  3. Collaborate with teams to create a consistent brand perception.
  4. Create deliverables/visual assets that communicate the mood, tone, look/feel to position the product or service.
  5. Create brand collaterals for marketing & sales usage.
  6. Create assets and style guides for smooth handover of files to development teams.

Role requirements:
  1. Extensive experience in multimedia design and storytelling.
  2. Experience designing new website templates, creating storyboards and visual mockups.
  3. A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  4. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
  5. Knowledge of grid systems, typography and color theory.
  6. Bias for action - ability to move quickly while taking time out to review the details.
  7. Clear communicator - Ability to synthesise and clearly articulate complex information, highlighting key takeaways and actionable insights.
  8. Fluent in English, Hindi & at least one regional language.
  9. Team player - Working mostly autonomously, yet being a team player keeping your crews looped-in.
  10. Mindset - Ability to take responsibility for your life and that of your people and projects.
  11. Mindfulness - Ability to maintain practices that keep you grounded.

This is not a typical 9 to 5 job. This is startup life.
